  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

  • Where We Ship: We currently ship within U.S only.

  • Carrier Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for delays once your order is with the carrier.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Returns Made Simple

We want you to love every piece from Francine Accessories. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: You may return any item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Exceptions: Unfortunately, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
